healthier me
hi every one
feeling so bad about my body,, its fat,, ugly,, not nice at all
something wrong is happening and i can't stop gaining more weight
am alwaaays laZy and want to sleep with a ton of headache and dizziness
what shall i do =(
i want to be healthier,, slimmer,, full of energy
and for sure i wanna be hot and sexy =p
trying to change my life
for me, for me after few years ahead
for my wife, for my children "when ill get married and have children"
i want to be full of energy, full of happiness
faaaaar from the current ugly fat boy
lets have better healthier life
all of us =)
current weight,, 98 kg
target weight,, 73 kg

اول شي سير المستشفى وشوف ليش انته جي كله ترقد وهيك
سو تحاليل و اشعه كامله يمكن في شي في جسمك يخليك تمتن و ترقد و تتعب بسرعه

و بعدين روح العياده و خذلك موعد عند طبيب او طبيبة غذاء وقولهم ابي اسوي رجيم
و هم بيسوولك جدول رجيم و كل مره بيعطونك موعد عشان يجيكون على وزنك
وانته اذا عندك عزيمه و اراده انك تتغير و تضعف
بتمشي على الجدول و بتضعف ان شاء الله
